Based in St Agnes, Cornwall, GPW Services (Property Maintenance) has carried out a variety of work for both private and commercial clients throughout Cornwall.

Since we were established in 2016 we have taken pride in carrying out all aspects of property maintenance to a high standard, from changing a door lock to complete refurbishment of private and commercial properties.

Our quotes and estimates are detailed so you know what your project or maintenance is going to cost.

Maintenance contracts are welcome and these can be set at intervals to suit you and your budget.

We receive most of our work through recommendations from previous customers

We have access to various trades, such as electricians, plumbers, plasterers and blocklayers that we get in to assist when we need help to complete the jobs on time and within the regulations.

All types of building work including Extensions, Complete Renovations, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Plasterboarding, Plastering, Drylining, Rendering, Blockwork and Cladding (internal and external using various materials).

Garage Doors (up and over / roller / manual and electric)
Fencing (including gates and stock fencing)
Pressure Washing (including work at heights)
Groundworks (including digger work and waste removal)
Waste Disposal (Registered Waste Carrier. Waste transfer records are kept for your peace of mind - Environment Agency Registered: Upper tier waste carrier CBDU7255)
Aggregates (supplied and delivered. We can deliver up to 1500kgs using a twin axle tipper trailer. Larger loads up to 4 tonnes are allocated to a local haulier)
